The revitalization of the Universe brand took into account its 3 premises:
• Preserve your recognition;
• Improve the performance at touchpoints;
• Convey more personality, rejuvenating your image.
Our work not redesigning the brand encompassed the meticulous study, both of the typography and of the two animals drawn (the chameleon and the Brazilian parrot) and, mainly, the emotional universe that the brand is part of. “Fun” graphics, with rounded tips with curvilinear curves, but elongated and vertical, work the kind of balance between the necessary seriousness of the clinic, as well as empathy for life and animals. The very important characters of the brand now have their due highlights, without muffling or fighting with the name of the Clinic. This balance was created, after studying the posture of real animals, through videos and photos. We created the entire visual universe that the brand is part of today, such as uniforms, stationery, signage and the Clinic’s website.
Results
For the first time since it opened, Doutor Silvestre tripled the number of customers. They saw even greater growth in demand for care in 2021.
