Claro is present in more than 17 countries, in Latin America and the USA, and serving approximately 65 million Brazilians.
It has innovated the way it communicates with its customers and transformed its stores located in Brazil into digital stores, no longer using printed paper in its communication. Some of its stores have more than 20 screens, aiming to produce a new user experience.
Successfully led the Motion Team, responsible for offering to the largest telephone company in the country, Claro, a new national concept of point-of-sales experience with a minimal use of printing. After 4 years implementation, the team were able to reach the mark of creating and producing more than 780 videos per month of video-walls;
